Shipping and Handling

I attempt to ship your order as soon as I receive it.  However, there may be times where I do not have the current photo, frame, or matt in stock. If the frame is not in stock, please allow an additional week for me to hand-paint it just for you! If the photo and/or matt is not in stock, please allow an additional 3-4 days for reprints and/or reselction of matt color (s).

I offer the following shipping methods in all available services:
 
USPS ~ UPS ~ FedEx ~ DHL

Shipping costs will be determined after order is placed, but before customer purchases item (s). I hate upcharging my customers for shipping, so you will be charged Actual Cost of the shipment of the product (s).
 
There is an additional basic $5 packaging fee. However, if additional materials are needed to protect your product (s) this fee will increase and you will be informed of the increase prior to payment of product (s).

Returns

I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and I will do what I can to make it right.

There may be times where the online image of a frame does not match the product that you receive. This may be due to image resolution and/or an original hand-painted, "cannot be recreated by a machine or mass produced," frame. I am an artist and do take liberties to maintain orginality and creativity, however, the product that you purchase should look similar to the product image represented online.
 
If the product is delivered damaged, please contact me immediately! In order for me to replace damaged and/or broken products:
All Shipping Couriers require the customer to take documented photographs of the shipping container, packaging materials, and damaged product (s). Please do this before contacting me! There have been cases where the Shipping Courier sent a representative to the delivery address to inspect damaged items, so please DO NOT throw any packaging material and/or containers away until notified.
 
Once all required documentation has be filed, I will replace the damaged item (s) as soon as possible. You will not be charged any additional fees for the replacement of damaged item (s).
